Bruno Latour (1947-2022) was a French philosopher, anthropologist, and sociologist, best known for developing Actor-Network Theory (ANT) with Michel Callon and John Law. Latour's work challenges the modern separation of nature and culture, arguing "we have never been modern." His later work focused on cosmopolitics, Gaia, and the new climatic regime.
